A. Due to the fact that we've created a robust on-boarding process, it's not likely that the need to cancel a project will arise. However, for the sake of clarity, deposits are non-refundable. In the event that the project requires any special functionality that falls outside of the normal small business website scope, we'll quote the project separately before proceeding. If you accept the quote, we'll proceed, if you decline the quote, we'll issue a 100% refund of the deposit.
