What do I need to get started?

All VictivSEO campaigns require a VictivSite. If we have not created your website, you will not be eligible for VictivSEO services. You can purchase VictivSEO as an add-on when ordering a VictivSite or purchase it separately at any time.

If you already have a VictivSite and are purchasing VictivSEO separately, the detailed VictivSEO order form will guide you every step of the way. Clients can choose to play an active role in choosing keyword targets or let us handle everything.

How do I get started?

If you already have a VictivSite, you can signup for VictivSEO by clicking on the 'Get Started' button on the top right hand corner of this page. From there, you'll fill out a detailed order form and we'll begin the process of setting up your campaign.

How much does this cost?

We currently charge $999.99/mo. for our VictivSEO base package. Clients will lock-in the base rate that they initially signed-up for if the price is ever increased (due to supply & demand). Additional keywords/pages can be purchased as add-ons in the order form or separately at anytime in the future.

How do payments work?

VictivSEO is a monthly subscription service. An automatic payment is setup when ordering the service, which will be debited on a monthly basis while the client is subscribed to the service. Clients pay for service at the beginning of their billing cycle.

What's included with VictivSEO?

VictivSEO is a managed product and includes the exclusive focus and monitoring of up to 5 keywords/pages, although many of the off-page techniques that we deploy benefits the website as a whole. Specifically, VictivSEO includes the on-page & off-page optimization of up to 5 keywords/pages, as well as monthly performance reporting.

What if I want more than 5 pages optimized?

Clients can purchase additional keywords/pages to add to their VictivSEO campaigns as they see fit (either during the initial order or at anytime thereafter). Additional keywords/pages purchased separately (after the initial sign-up), will be added to the next billing cycle.

What is on-page seo?

On-page seo is used to describe any and all adjustments, improvements and or changes that are made directly to a web page to increase the potential of it ranking well in search engines.

What is off-page seo?

Off-page seo (in contrast to on-page) is used to describe any and all marketing efforts done for a web-page from a source other than the web page itself (or indirectly). In other words, off-page seo can be backlinks or any other form of marketing to drive traffic to a web page.

What's the cost to add more keywords/pages?

The VictivSEO base package comes standard with up to 5 keywords/pages. Additional keywords/pages can be purchased during the initial subscription sign-up order or separately at anytime for $399.99/keyword or page.

Do you handle Google Ads?

Introducing VictivAds™ Management, your white glove advertising management service. VictivAds™ Management can be requested as an add-on in the VictivSite order form or purchased separately at a later date for those with existing Victiv websites.

Do you promise results?

Absolutely not! Google is a volatile search engine and we can't promise you anything. With that being said, we have almost a decade of experience and have seen everything imaginable when it comes to Google search. Additionally, we have a track record of success that we're very proud of. The primary variables are Google updates, competition and time.

How long will it take to rank?

The million dollar question (in some cases — literally). Ranking depends on a myriad of factors including but certainly not limited to the competition within your niche and how quickly we can get Google's algorithm to view your website as an authoritative source. For long-tail — low competition keyword phrases, we'll be able to rank relatively quickly. For highly competitive keywords and phrases, it can take months and even years. It's important to target keywords strategically and with realistic expectations.

Can I change my keywords?

We make every effort to ensure your campaign hits the ground running. In the rare event that your keywords should be changed in any way, we'll provide a consultation before confirming and implementing the change.

Why do I need a VictivSite for VictivSEO?

In order to provide a successful full-scale seo campaign, it's crucial that we not only have access to your website, but that's it's been properly created. Thus, we run all of our web marketing services only through our own VictivSite designs.

What about lead management?

Introducing VictivLeads™ Management, our streamlined lead management service. VictivLeads™ is currently under development, but will include a full-scale white glove managed email marketing campaign service.

What about updating my content?

As it relates to the VictivSEO subscription, we encourage our clients to provide as much content as they possibly can on subjects. In fact, the more expertise we can show on a subject, the better. You're certainly not required to, but if you have existing content to update or new content to add to your VictivSite, send it over!

What if I cancel my subscription?

VictivSEO clients can cancel or pause their subscription at anytime. We understand how marketing budgets and web ventures work and are happy to work with you at your own pace. Clients will be refunded the pro-rated balance of their campaigns. When you're ready, you can restart your service at anytime.

Are there any contracts?

Legalese is not our first language by a long shot. However, in an effort to provide transparency, shield us from today's crazy world & liability — all of our services are provided on a contractual basis. Our VictivSEO contract is at the end of the order form.
