Our on-boarding process is designed to ensure we're on the same page from the beginning.

When ordering a VictivSite™ (or any Victiv service for that matter), we ask specific questions to understand your vision.

After receiving a work order, we analyze the project scope, confirm the details and level out any ambiguities.

In the event that your project requires any special functionality outside of the norm, we'll provide a quote before proceeding.

After confirming the project details with you, we'll proceed to production.

Design

We build 100% custom websites. All of our designs are built in a clean, modern, responsive and fast manner.

We'll also match the general look and feel of any website that you provide as an example of what you like.

From corporate to creative and anything in-between, we'll make it rain when it comes to the design.

You'll have a chance to provide any necessary revisions before launching.

It should also be noted that all VictivSite™ designs come standard with all the basic features such as contact forms, calls to action and foundational seo.

Support

All VictivSite™ Design clients are given the option of hosting the website with us or a third party. Both of which we'll handle when publishing. (We strongly recommend our VictivSite™ Hosting service — the Google Cloud platform.)

Every VictivSite™ comes with a tutorial video, detailing basic operations such as logging in, editing an existing page and creating a new post.

VictivHelp™ is available for providing technical support or content updates at anytime.

For those who have neither the time or patience to manage their own website, VictivSite™ Management is a phenomenal option for continuous support.

First, we build a custom website to give your business and or brand a fresh new clean and modern look. (Typically taking less than 30 days.)

To accomplish this, we use a combination of our natural style, as well as your answers to questions in our detailed order form.

Victiv clients can choose between standard and Victiv (premium) add-ons when filling out the detailed order form. (Importantly, both standard and Victiv add-ons can be purchased separately at anytime in the future as well.)

For clients who choose Victiv (premium) add-on(s) when ordering their website, we'll get to work on the selected campaign(s) as soon as the website is published.

Victiv clients who don't add additional services during their website order can purchase Victiv add-ons at anytime in the future.

(We encourage all Victiv clients to get their seo campaigns underway as soon as possible. It's not a quick process and the sooner we can start, the sooner we can begin driving traffic and ultimately sales to your website.)

What do I need to get started?

Bare minimum — you'll need to have a registered domain name and a vision. Ideally, you'll have a domain, vision and written content. Just remember, we can create a phenomenal website to showcase your business or brand, what we can't do is create your business. In other words, we need all the content that you can muster to bring the website to life.

How do I get started?

Click on the 'Get Started' button on the top right hand corner of this page and begin filling out the VictivSite™ Design order form.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a $500 deposit for each VictivSite™ Design. The deposit is taken at the end of the order form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

How much does this cost?

The VictivSite™ Design starts at $999.99 and can be added onto with additional design and marketing services. Again, additional design and marketing services can be added to a VictivSite™ at anytime in the future.

What's included with a VictivSite Design?

Standard VictivSite™ Design: American Craftsmanship, Wordpress CMS, Up to 10 Pages (Additional Sold Separately), Responsive Design, Google PageSpeed Insights Optimization, Google Analytics Integration, Social Media Integration, Contact Form Integration, Call to Action Integration, Custom Typography Integration, Professional Stock Photos and Custom Tutorial.

What about e-commerce?

What if I need more than 10 pages?

VictivSite™ Design comes standard with up to 10 pages. Additional pages can be requested as an add-on in the order form or purchased separately at a later date.

What about SEO?

All VictivSite™ Designs are built using responsible foundational SEO techniques. This lays the groundwork for our On-Page SEO product (which can be requested as an add-on or purchased separately at a later date). For clients ready for a full scale SEO campaign, VictivSEO™ Management can be purchased as an add-on to VictivSite™ Design or purchased separately at a later date.

What if I don't have any content?

Content, or the information that describes your brand, product or service is important. If you don't have it written out, we suggest taking the time to do so in an organized fashion (labeling everything). If you don't have the time to create your base content, copywriting services can be purchased as an add-on.

What about hosting?

We offer our fully managed VictivSite™ Hosting on the Google Cloud platform to all VictivSite™ Designs, which can be purchased as an add-on in the order form. Clients are given the option of setting up their own hosting accounts via a 3rd party as well.

What if I decide to cancel the project?

Due to the fact that we've created a robust on-boarding process, it's not likely that the need to cancel a project will arise. However, for the sake of clarity, deposits are non-refundable. In the event that the project requires any special functionality that falls outside of the normal small business website scope, we'll quote the project separately before proceeding. If you accept the quote, we'll proceed, if you decline the quote, we'll issue a 100% refund of the deposit.

Are there any contracts?

Legalese is not our favorite language. We make every effort to provide a personal touch to our services and maintain a cordial working relationship with our clients. With that being said, we need to protect ourselves and provide you vivid transparency regarding your project. Thus, all of our web products/services include a basic contract detailing the services to be rendered.

What if I don't have a logo?

No worries. Clients without an existing logo can choose to proceed without one, in which case we'll simply use a basic font version. For clients who wish to have a logo made, VictivLogo™ can be requested as an add-on in the order form or purchased separately at a later date.

Do you handle Google Ads?

Introducing VictivAds™ Management, your white glove advertising management service. VictivAds™ Management can be requested as an add-on in the order form or purchased separately at a later date.

Do you create social networks of any kind?

No. (This is custom small business web design, not Silicon Valley web development.)

What if I need to make changes after publishing?

Introducing VictivHelp™, our streamlined support and maintenance system. All VictivSite™ designs are eligible for VictivHelp™, which is where clients can request general web services à la carte. For those needing ongoing support, our VictivSite™ Management service is a phenomenal option.

What about lead management?
