What platform do you build on?

Our preferred e-commerce platforms are WooCommerce and Shopify. There are massive benefits to both platforms and we are happy to discuss the benefits with each.

Can I add my own products?

Absolutely! We include 40 free products with any Victiv e-commerce purchase. Additional products can be added by us (for $19 per product) or by you. We provide video tutorials explaining the process.

What payment processor's are avilable?

We are happy to work with whatever payment processor you choose (pre-approval of API required). Alternatively, our team can recommend options based on your specific requirements.

How will shipping and inventory work?

You can manage shipping and inventory from the admin panel of your website. Emails to customers and webmasters will be automatically generated and customized for your company.

What are shipping options?

We will discuss this with you in detail during the discovery process. Options include using API's from your shipping company (USPS, FedEX, UPS) to calculate rates, flat rate, free shipping, or variable rate shipping (free shipping on orders of $75 or more for example). 

Are there any monthly fees?

Unless you choose to purchase a Victiv SEO, marketing, or management plan, we charge you nothing moving forward. Recurring costs will be limited to hosting, and payment processing fees.
