Do you offer annual prices?

Yes, annual hosting plans are available when you order. We offer  a one month discount on any annual hosting purchase.

Do you offer non-WordPress hosting?

While our hosting environment has been fully optimized for WordPress, we are able to offer traditional c-panel hosting plans as well. Pricing and purchase process is the same, simply select traditional c-panel when placing your order.

Are speeds guaranteed?

Server response times are the only thing we can guarantee. The speed of your website, particularly if you did not have Victiv design your site, can fluctuate greatly.

How is support handled?

We handle all support requests through our ticket system. This allows us to process requests quickly, and in the order they were received. Average ticket time is under an hour.

What is your typical downtime?

Our servers never go down. It would take an apocalypse (causing a major disruption with Google Data Centers) for them to go down. Any down time would likely be due to a technical issue on your site. 

Do I have to have Victiv design my site?

No. 

Do you offer site migration?

Yes, however at the moment we only offer white glove migration. Our team will move your site to our hosting for a $ fee.

I moved my site, but it's slow, What gives?

Any speed issues on our hosting reflect an issue with your website. We offer a VictivHelp™ service to speed up your website.
